Anti-BM28 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified by epitope-specific chromatography, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied as an unconjugated IgG at 1 mg/mL in a liquid PBS formulation containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The 50 µl volume is intended for the detection of endogenous BM28 (also known as MCM2, CCNL1, CDCL1, KIAA0030 or DNA replication licensing factor MCM2), and was generated against a synthetic peptide derived from the N-terminal region of the human protein. Validated applications include Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence and ELISA, with confirmed reactivity against human and mouse samples.
