Anti-BLVRA Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets BLVRA. According to the manufacturer's datasheet, the immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-296 of human BVR, and the target has a predicted molecular weight of 33 kDa.

The unconjugated IgG antibody is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections (IHC-P), and ELISA, and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity purification.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:100-1:200 for IHC-P. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
