Anti-BLOC1S6 Antibody

The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot applications and shows reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-170 of human BLOC1S6 (NP_036520.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 20 kDa.

Supplied as a liquid preparation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody is affinity-purified. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The manufacturer recommends a working dilution of 1:200-1:2,000 for Western blot.
