Anti-BLOC1S2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting BLOC1S2, also referred to as CEAP, is offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent. The antibody is raised in rabbit and is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples.

Validated applications include Western blot and immunohistochemistry. The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 44–142 of human BLOC1S2 (NP_776170.2), and the target has a reported molecular weight of 16 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:100 for immunohistochemistry, with the reagent purified by affinity chromatography.

The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
