Anti-BLMH Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit-derived polyclonal reagent raised against recombinant human BLMH (bleomycin hydrolase) and is designed to detect the endogenous level of total BLMH in research samples. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. It is validated for Western blotting at a recommended dilution range of 1:500 to 1:2000 and for immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) at 1:50 to 1:100, with additional application support for immunohistochemistry (IHC) on routinely processed tissue sections.
