The Antibodies.com Anti-BLMH reagent is a rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against bleomycin hydrolase, a highly conserved cysteine aminopeptidase that detoxifies the antitumor agent bleomycin and contributes to cellular protein turnover. Validated reactivity has been confirmed in human, mouse, and rat samples, with the antibody binding specifically to the BLMH target in each species without meaningful off-target recognition. The unconjugated IgG format supports western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence detection workflows.
Supplied as 50 µl of liquid antiserum fraction, this primary antibody provides enough material for multiple immunoblots and tissue staining runs. For short-term use, store refrigerated; for longer storage, keep frozen in single-use aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles. Researchers working on chemotherapy resistance, the DNA damage response, or aminopeptidase function in tumor and normal tissues will find this polyclonal reagent a reliable addition to their experimental toolbox.
