Anti-BIRC3 Antibody

From Antibodies.com comes a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting BIRC3, also known as cIAP2. This unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid and has been affinity purified. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence within amino acids 75–155 of human cIAP2 (NP_001156.1), with the corresponding peptide sequence NWKRGDSPTEKHKKLYPSCRFVQSLNSVNNLEATSQPTFPSSVTNSTHSLLPGTENSGYFRGSYSNSPSNPVNSRANQDFS. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, supplemented with 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and the concentration is lot specific.

Validated by the manufacturer for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence, the antibody is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:100–1:500, IHC 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The reported molecular weight is 75 kDa. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
