Anti-BIRC2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against BIRC2 (also known as c-IAP1, API1, hIAP-2, MIHB, RNF48, and inhibitor of apoptosis protein 2), a baculoviral IAP repeat-containing protein implicated in the regulation of apoptosis and NF-κB signaling. The antibody is generated by immunizing rabbits with a recombinant human BIRC2 protein and purified by affinity chromatography using the immunogen, ensuring specific detection of endogenous total BIRC2 protein in experimental samples. It is supplied at a working concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in 50 µL aliquots, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant, and is provided unconjugated in its native IgG isotype form.
