Anti-BIRC2 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against BIRC2, also called cIAP1, a baculoviral IAP repeat-containing E3 ubiquitin ligase that regulates caspase activity, TNF receptor signaling, and canonical NF-κB activation. Provided as 100 µL of polyclonal antisera, the reagent is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence on human and rat specimens. It is commonly deployed in studies of programmed cell death, inflammatory signaling, and cancer cell survival, where it can resolve endogenous cIAP1 from whole-cell lysates, fixed tissue sections, and cultured cells. The unconjugated format permits pairing with HRP-, fluorophore-, or biotin-conjugated secondaries depending on the chosen detection platform.
