Description
Affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody to BIRC2, offered by Antibodies.com within the Primary Antibodies category. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications.
The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human BIRC2 and detects endogenous levels of BIRC2 protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The product has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 70 kDa.
