Anti-BIO tag Antibody [KT89]

A rat monoclonal antibody (clone KT89) raised against the BIO tag is supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary reagent in liquid form. The antibody is of the IgG1 isotype and reacts with human samples. Recommended applications include immunoprecipitation (IP), western blot (WB) and ELISA, with reported working dilutions of 1/100–1/1,000 for IP, 1/500–1/10,000 for WB and 1 µg/ml for ELISA. The immunogen used was the GLNDIFEAQKIEWH peptide conjugated with a carrier protein.

The product is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline containing 0.09% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
