BIN1 (Bridging Integrator 1) is a membrane-binding adaptor protein involved in endocytosis, membrane tubulation, and tumor suppression. This rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against BIN1 and recognizes the endogenous protein in human, mouse, and rat samples.
Supplied as 100 µl of an unconjugated preparation at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant, the reagent should be aliquoted and stored frozen at -20 degrees C to preserve activity. It is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows across multiple species.
Researchers studying BAR domain proteins, synaptic vesicle recycling, cardiac T-tubule biogenesis, and BIN1 splice-isoform expression in myopathies or oncology will find this reagent useful for both tissue-section and cell-based imaging approaches.
