Anti-Bim (phospho-S69/S65) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Bim and is designed to detect the phosphorylated form of the protein. It recognises Bim when phosphorylated at Ser69 in human samples and at Ser65 in mouse or rat samples. The antibody is unconjugated, validated for Western blot (WB), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human Bim around the phosphorylation site of Ser69. The reagent has been affinity-purified by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.3, and the target protein has a molecular weight of ~ 25 kDa.
