Anti-BIK (M27) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against BIK (M27). It is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminal of human BIK and detects endogenous levels of BIK protein. It is validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF), and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 23 kDa, and the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
