Anti-BIK Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com as part of the Primary Antibodies range, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets BIK and is validated for Western Blot (WB) in human samples. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and detects endogenous total BIK protein.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant human BIK protein and is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. It has been purified by affinity chromatography using the immunogen. BIK is also known by the synonyms Apoptosis inducer NBK, Bcl-2-interacting killer, BIP1, BP4 and NBK.

For handling, the antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
