Anti-BID Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to BID, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The antibody is raised in rabbit, is of the IgG isotype, and is provided unconjugated in liquid form.

This antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–195 of human Bid (NP_001187.1). The target protein has a molecular weight of 22 kDa.

The product is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been affinity purified. Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The concentration is lot specific.
