Anti-BHMT Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting BHMT, available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent in liquid form. The antibody reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples and is supported by three scientific validation images.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with recommended dilutions of WB: 1:100-1:500 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200. The target protein has a molecular weight of 45 kDa, and the immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 355-406 of human BHMT (NP_001704.2).

Supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, the antibody is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery; freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided. Concentration is lot specific.
