Anti-BGN Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targets Biglycan (BGN) and is validated for Western blot applications. The unconjugated reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 38-368 of human BGN. Recommended Western blot usage is at dilutions of 1:500-1:2,000. The target protein has a molecular weight of 43 kDa. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
