Anti-bFGF Antibody [F-343]

Basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF, also known as FGF2) is an approximately 18 kDa heparin-binding mitogen that drives proliferation, differentiation, and migration across mesenchymal and neuroectodermal lineages. This mouse monoclonal IgG1 reagent, raised against bFGF and identified by clone designation F-343, recognises the native human protein and is supplied by Antibodies.com as a 100 µg lyophilised preparation intended for research use only. The unconjugated antibody is validated for ELISA and Western blot workflows, supporting detection of endogenous FGF2 in cell lysates and conditioned media, and is compatible with standard chromogenic and chemiluminescent readout systems when paired with an appropriate secondary reagent.
