Anti-beta Tubulin Antibody

The Antibodies.com anti-beta Tubulin polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit and validated for detection of beta tubulin in Schizosaccharomyces pombe (fission yeast). It supports research into microtubule cytoskeleton organization, mitotic spindle assembly, and cell division in this model organism. Recommended applications include Western blot for protein-level expression analysis and immunofluorescence for subcellular localization of tubulin in yeast cells. The reagent is supplied as a 100 µl liquid aliquot, unconjugated and of IgG isotype, permitting downstream labeling with fluorophore or HRP conjugates as required.
