Anti-beta Tubulin Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as a mouse monoclonal IgG1, this unconjugated antibody specifically recognizes beta tubulin, a ~50 kDa cytoskeletal protein that heterodimerizes with alpha tubulin to form microtubules. The reagent is supplied as a 100 µg liquid preparation validated for western blot (WB), immunofluorescence (IF), and ELISA workflows across human, mouse, rat, monkey, hamster, and canine samples.

Because beta tubulin is constitutively expressed at relatively constant levels in most cell types, the antibody serves as a reliable internal loading control to normalize target protein signals on western blot membranes and to visualize microtubule networks in fixed cells by immunofluorescence.
