Anti-beta Galactosidase Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to beta Galactosidase, supplied by Antibodies.com. The reagent is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, provided as a liquid. It is validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunoprecipitation (IP), Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and ELISA, and reacts with Escherichia coli beta Galactosidase as well as beta Gal tagged proteins.

The immunogen is full length E. coli beta Galactosidase. The antibody is supplied at 2 mg/ml in Phosphate Buffered Saline containing 50% Glycerol, and purified by Protein A chromatography. Recommended dilutions are WB at 1:1,000–1:2,000, IP at 1:200–1:500, ICC/IF at 1:200–1:500 and ELISA at 1:2,000–1:3,000. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
