Anti-beta Actin Antibody [S12-l]

This rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone S12-l), supplied by Antibodies.com, targets beta Actin and is provided as an unconjugated liquid reagent. The antibody is of the IgG isotype and reacts with human samples, with the immunogen being a peptide derived from the C-terminal sequence of human beta actin. It recognises the epitope located between Lys359 and Ile369.

The product is formulated in Tris Buffered Saline, pH 8.0, containing 20 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide, and is recommended for storage at 4°C. Validated applications include IHC-P (paraffin-embedded sections) and IHC-Fr (frozen sections), with a recommended IHC dilution range of 1:100–1:300.
