Anti-BET3 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified by epitope-specific immunogen chromatography, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is designed to detect endogenous levels of the BET3 protein (also known as TRAPPC3, trafficking protein particle complex subunit 3). The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human BET3, and the antibody is supplied as a 50 µL liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, at a concentration of 1 mg/mL. It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and is validated for ELISA, Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples (illustrated by Western blot data on Jurkat cells). For best stability, the vial is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C upon arrival, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
