Anti-BEST1 Antibody

The reagent was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 200-300 of human BEST1 (NP_004174.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a reported molecular weight of 70 kDa. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500-1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
