Anti-Benzodiazepine (Oxazepam) Antibody

A mouse monoclonal IVD antibody from Antibodies.com targets Benzodiazepine (Oxazepam). The reagent is of the IgG1, kappa isotype and is supplied unconjugated as a purified monoclonal preparation. It is validated for use in ELISA and is also listed for Lateral Flow work.

The immunogen is Oxazepam-BSA, and the antibody recognises Oxazepam together with related compounds including Alprazolam, Diazepam, Lorazepam, Nitrazepam and Tremazepam. Minimal cross-reactivity is reported with Clonazepam, Flurazepam and Prazepam. Purity is given as greater than 90% by SDS-PAGE, and the product is formulated in 15 mM Potassium Phosphate Buffer at pH 7.2 with 0.85% NaCl.
