Supplied by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a mouse monoclonal (assigned clone #A10101) raised against BECN1 and provided as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western Blot (WB). The antibody was generated using a recombinant protein of human BECN1 as the immunogen.
It is reactive with Human, Mouse, Rat, Hamster and Monkey samples, making it suitable for cross-species Western blot studies of the BECN1 target.
The product is shipped at 4 °C. Upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
