Anti-BDKRB2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting B2R (bradykinin receptor B2, BDKRB2), available from Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and has been verified to react with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, with three scientific validation images supporting the data.

The reagent was raised in rabbit against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 302–391 of human BDKRB2 (NP_000614.1) and is supplied in liquid form at a lot-specific concentration. It recognises the target at its expected molecular weight of 44 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.

The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
