Anti-Bcr (S356) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against Bcr and is directed to a region around residue S356. It is unconjugated and validated for use in Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 321–370 of human Bcr and is reported to detect endogenous levels of Bcr protein. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

Reactivity has been confirmed in Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of ~160 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a resulting purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
