Anti-BCR (phospho Y177) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against BCR phosphorylated at tyrosine 177, supplied by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The reagent is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and has been validated for Western blot (WB) applications on Human and Mouse samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide centred on Y177 of human BCR (NP_004318.3), corresponding to the sequence PFYVN. The antibody is provided as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The target protein is reported at a molecular weight of 160 kDa. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
