Anti-Bcr (D171) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Bcr (D171). It is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 141–190 of human Bcr, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of Bcr protein. The expected molecular weight is approximately 160 kDa. Reactivity has been demonstrated with human, mouse, and rat samples, and the antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications.
