Anti-Bcr (Ab-177) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal IgG raised against a synthetic peptide spanning amino acids 175–179 (P-F-Y-V-N) of the human Bcr breakpoint cluster region protein. Supplied as a 50 µl aliquot in unconjugated format, the antibody is formulated at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol, and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. It specifically detects endogenous levels of total Bcr protein in human and mouse samples, making it well suited for studies of leukemogenesis and BCR-ABL signalling. The reagent is shipped on blue ice at 4 °C from St. Louis, MO, with a typical lead time of 6–9 business days; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve antibody activity.
