Anti-BCOR Antibody

B-cell lymphoma 6 corepressor (BCOR) is a transcriptional regulator best known for its role as a corepressor of BCL6 in germinal centre B-cells, and it is also a core component of the non-canonical polycomb repressive complex 1.1 (PRC1.1), where it partners with KDM2B and RING1B to direct H2AK119 ubiquitination and epigenetic silencing at CpG islands. Recurrent somatic mutations and gene fusions involving BCOR have been reported in acute myeloid leukaemia, myelodysplastic syndromes, clear cell sarcoma of the kidney, primitive myxoid mesenchymal tumour of infancy, and certain undifferentiated sarcomas, which makes BCOR protein expression an increasingly useful marker in both haematopathology and solid tumour differential diagnosis.

This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, was raised against human BCOR and has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human and mouse samples.
