Anti-BCoR Antibody

This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets BCoR (BCL6 Corepressor), a transcriptional corepressor that partners with BCL6 in germinal-centre B-cells and contributes to Polycomb-mediated gene silencing. The reagent is supplied at 100 µl in a single-use vial and is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and ELISA workflows, with reactivity confirmed against human and mouse samples. Because BCOR is recurrently mutated in acute myeloid leukaemia, myelodysplastic syndromes, and a subset of diffuse large B-cell lymphomas, the reagent is a useful research tool for studies of epigenetic regulation, haematopoietic transcription programmes, and BCOR-driven oncogenesis, and is intended for research use only. Short-term storage at 4 °C is appropriate for working aliquots; for longer projects, freezing at -20 °C in single-use aliquots avoids repeated freeze-thaw cycles and helps preserve epitope recognition.
