Anti-BCOR Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com targets BCOR (BCL6 Corepressor), a nuclear transcriptional regulator that recruits Polycomb-type repressive complexes to BCL6 target genes and modulates chromatin architecture during embryonic development, hematopoiesis, and osteogenic differentiation. The unconjugated antibody is affinity purified from rabbit serum using the immunizing peptide and validated for Western blot detection of the endogenous protein in human, mouse, and rat whole-cell lysates.
