BCLAF1 (BCL2-associated transcription factor 1) is a predominantly nuclear protein best known for its role in pre-mRNA splicing regulation, transcript stabilization, and the cellular DNA damage response, and it has been linked to apoptosis signaling and T-cell activation in the literature. This rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com binds the endogenous BCLAF1 polypeptide and is validated for Western blot detection in human and mouse samples. Supplied as 100 µL of unconjugated antibody at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.3, the antibody is provided as a ready-to-use aliquot for downstream immunoblotting workflows. Researchers studying alternative splicing factors, genome stability, or oncogenic pathway activity often use the reagent to assess BCLAF1 expression across cell lines and primary lysates. Store refrigerated to preserve activity, protecting the vial from light and aliquoting to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles of the stock solution.
