BCL6 (B-cell lymphoma 6) is a 706-amino-acid zinc-finger transcriptional repressor that governs germinal-centre B-cell identity and is recurrently mutated or translocated in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and other germinal-centre-derived lymphomas. This polyclonal reagent, raised in rabbit against the human BCL6 protein, is supplied by Antibodies.com as a 100 µl aliquot at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (pH ~7.3) with 0.05% sodium azide as a preservative, unconjugated and ready for Western blot detection of endogenous human BCL6 in cell or tissue lysates.

The antibody is validated for WB on human samples, enabling studies of germinal-centre biology, lymphoma oncogenesis, and transcriptional repressor mechanisms. Sodium azide in the storage buffer permits routine benchtop handling, though it should be removed by dialysis or desalting before any downstream conjugation, reporter coupling, or live-cell application. Refrigerate on receipt to preserve activity; aliquot on first use to limit freeze-thaw cycles, and keep working stocks cold between experiments to maintain titre for repeated probing of nitrocellulose or PVDF membranes.
