Anti-BCL6 Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against BCL6. It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and supplied as a liquid preparation.

The reagent has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with recommended dilutions of 1:500-1:1,000 for WB and 1:50-1:100 for ICC/IF. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 350-450 of human BCL6 (NP_001124317.1), and the target has a molecular weight of 86 kDa.

The antibody is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
