Anti-BCL2L2 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against the BCL2L2 protein. The reagent is supplied as a liquid, unconjugated IgG antibody suitable for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications.

The antibody is raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1–100 of human Bcl-W (NP_004041.2). It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The reported molecular weight of the target is 18 kDa.

The antibody is affinity-purified. One supplied formulation lists PBS at pH 7.3 with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with a lot-specific concentration; alternative product information lists PBS at pH 7.4 with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:1,000. The reagent ships at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. The antibody is described as detecting the endogenous level of total BCL2L2 protein.
