Anti-BCL2L1 (phospho S62) Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a Rabbit polyclonal, IgG antibody raised against BCL2L1 (also known as Bcl-XL) when phosphorylated at serine 62. The reagent is unconjugated, affinity purified, and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a phospho-specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding S62 of human Bcl-XL, and the target protein has a molecular weight of 30 kDa.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for both IHC and ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
