Anti-BCL2L1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets BCL2L1 (also known as Bcl-XL) and is supplied as a 100 µl aliquot of an unconjugated, antigen-affinity purified preparation. The antibody is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to a region within amino acids 89 and 151 of the human BCL2L1 protein, with a predicted molecular weight around 19 kDa, and is validated for Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:3000 for Western blotting, 1:100–1:250 for immunohistochemistry, and 1:100–1:200 for immunofluorescence staining, and the reagent has been shown to react with human, mouse, and rat samples. The host species is rabbit, the clonality is polyclonal, and the conjugate is unconjugated, allowing users to pair it with their own secondary detection reagents.
