Anti-BCL2L1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Bcl-XL, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence and immunoprecipitation. The target corresponds to BCL2L1, the gene encoding Bcl-XL, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–80 of human Bcl-XL (NP_612815.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, with an observed molecular weight of 30 kDa. Concentration is reported as lot specific.

Recommended working dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, ICC/IF 1:50–1:200 and IP 1:50–1:100. The reagent is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
