Anti-BCL2 (phospho T56) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody from Antibodies.com targets Bcl-2 phosphorylated at threonine 56 (phospho Thr56). Supplied unconjugated, it has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for IHC. Reactivity is reported against human, mouse and rat samples, and the product is supported by 4 scientific images.

Raised in rabbit, the reagent was generated against a synthetic phosphorylated peptide surrounding T56 of human Bcl-2 (immunogen sequence GHTPH) and purified by affinity chromatography. The liquid formulation is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, with concentration reported as lot specific. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
