Anti-BCL2 (phospho S70) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Bcl-2 (phospho Ser70), available through Antibodies.com. This unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with human and rat samples. The antibody targets Bcl-2 modified at phospho Ser70, with a molecular weight of 28 kDa. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around S70 of human Bcl-2 (NP_000624.2). Affinity-purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
