Anti-Bcl2 Antibody [P22-A]

Offered by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit monoclonal antibody (clone P22-A) targets Bcl2 and is supplied as an unconjugated liquid reagent. It is raised against a peptide derived from the N-terminal sequence of human Bcl2 and recognises the epitope located between Ala42 and Ala60. The isotype is IgG.

The reagent is validated for Western Blotting (WB), ELISA, Immunoprecipitation (IP) and Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) and reacts with human samples. Manufacturer-recommended dilutions are WB at 1:5,000, ELISA between 1:50,000 and 1:100,000, and ICC at 1:100 to 1:300. The formulation is Tris Buffered Saline at pH 8.0, containing 10 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide.
