Anti-BCL2 Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab194583)

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated Rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent recognises BCL2 and has been validated for Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, ICC/IF and immunoprecipitation. It was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1–100 of human Bcl-2 (NP_000624.2) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The reagent is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been affinity purified. Manufacturer-recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for Western blotting, 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry, 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF and 1:500–1:1,000 for immunoprecipitation. The target protein has a molecular weight of 26 kDa. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
