Anti-BCL10 Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal raised against BCL10 and validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It is supplied as a liquid, unconjugated, of isotype IgG, and has been affinity purified. The reagent is knockout (KO) validated and is supported by one scientific validation image.

The antibody was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–233 of human Bcl10 (NP_003912.1). Reactivity has been demonstrated with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is provided. The antibody has a molecular weight of 30 kDa and is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4 °C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
