Anti-BCL10 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent targeting BCL10. The antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and has been validated for use in Western blotting with samples of human and mouse origin. The supplier also lists IHC, IF and FC among the compatible applications for this reagent.

The target protein BCL10 has a reported molecular weight of 32 kDa. The immunogen used to raise the antibody is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–118 of human Bcl10 (NP_003912.1). The reagent is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is purified by affinity chromatography. For Western blotting, a working dilution range of 1:500–1:1,000 is recommended.

Storage guidance from the manufacturer is to ship the antibody at 4 °C, then upon receipt aliquot and store at –20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
