Anti-Bcl-XL (phospho Thr115) Antibody

Antibodies.com provides a rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting Bcl-xL when phosphorylated at Threonine 115. The reagent is unconjugated, of IgG isotype, and has been validated for ELISA with reactivity against human samples. It is supplied lyophilised, having been purified by Protein G affinity chromatography, and formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline at pH 7.4. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from threonine 115 phosphorylated Bcl-xL, conjugated with KLH, with sequence TSQLHITpPGTAY. Concentration is reconstitution dependent. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and upon delivery should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles; reconstitution is performed with double distilled water.
