Anti-Bcl-X (phospho-T47) Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets Bcl-X when phosphorylated at threonine 47. It is unconjugated and validated for use in Western blot and immunohistochemistry, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Bcl-X around the phosphorylation site of threonine 47, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of Bcl-X protein only when phosphorylated at Thr47.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
